BASS & ANGELS – Returns & Refund Policy



At BASS & ANGELS, we carefully inspect each item before dispatch. Our goal is to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience.



1. Change of Mind / Fit Issues



  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, sizing, or fit issues (e.g., leg length, colour preference).
  • This includes any items that are fully intact and delivered as described.
  • This policy is clearly stated at checkout and forms part of the contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.




2. Faulty or Damaged Items



If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, we will consider a refund or partial refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015:


  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos showing the fault or damage
    • A brief description of the issue

  3. Once reviewed, we may issue:
    • A partial refund (for minor or cosmetic damage), or
    • A full refund (for significant faults rendering the item unusable)



Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.


Items can only be refunded once received.


3. Items Not Eligible for Refund



  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Failure to follow care instructions
  • Non-faulty items returned for any reason




4. Delivery Issues



  • If an item is lost or delayed, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and keep you updated.




5. Our Legal Position



  • This policy complies with UK consumer law and Trading Standards guidance.
  • Our non-acceptance of change-of-mind returns does not affect your statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed, or damaged goods.
